Augusto Berardo Rücker is founding partner of Rücker & Longo Advogados, after many years of experience in renowned Brazilian and Spanish law firms, such as Pinheiro Neto Advogados, Ernst & Young (Rio de Janeiro and Barcelona) and Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira.

During his long career path as international lawyer, he acquired extensive experience in Brazilian, Spanish, Latin American and European legal and tax laws with particular focus in corporate and individual international taxation, including legal matters.

Law Degree from one of the most traditional law schools in Rio de Janeiro, Augusto moved to Barcelona in 2007 and obtained a Master degree in Taxation from University of Barcelona. In 2009, he received a LL.M. degree in International Business Law from ESADE Business & Law School, one of the most recognized business schools in Europe.

Actively present in both Rio de Janeiro and Barcelona, ​​he is admitted to practice law both in Brazil (Brazilian Bar Association) and in Spain (Il·lustre Col·legi de l’Advocacia de Barcelona).
